Why should We cook at Home?

Convenience is a key which drives many of us to outsource our food!   There is a very famous Tamil saying that “Unave Marunthu” which means food is medicine.   We all would agree that Food is the energy Source!    Ayurveda says that Food has life, Cooked food should be consumed within 4 hrs to get maximum benefit!    How many of us can do it?   Is it even possible in the fast paced life?    I would say Yes, indeed.    

Making Food at your kitchen helps you to customize the ingredients as per your health needs, We know our family history better so we can include or exclude accordingly!

Involve Family members in cooking/cleaning to have an involvement of everyone 

Helps in reducing itime especially for kids

Fulfills your heart that you are doing something for yourself and your family

Makes a better use of your time rather than getting bored!  

Choose healthier whole grain choices and varieties in your cooking to make it more interesting We love our healthy food and variety!   Our cravings for restaurant or outside food is way too less.    If you need help with making a difference in your cooking, feel free to reach out to me!

Nonetheless, Kids feel very proud to say that they are getting homemade food every day to their friends.   It's a PRIDE now a days.  

My humble request would be DO NOT OUTSOURCE YOUR ENERGY SOURCE!   It is laborious but WORTH it.
